Unit 1 Communication and Employability

Summary of what was covered and/or what was learned:

• Started to make blog. Added pages for each unit and started adding content. Will update weekly to track my progress through out college.
• Watched an episode of the TV show "Click" - about a technology convention.
• Learned about "Personal Attributes" employers often look for in workers.
• Started Assignment 1.
• Watched another episode of "Click". It covered things such as online identity theft and the growing video game market.
• Finished and handed in Assignment 1.
• Started assignment 2  
• Almost finished task 5

• Learnt about learning styles
• Done a online test to find out which learning style i am. I got "Visual".

Could help me in getting a job, doing better in interviews. Can use it to help me give speeches and talk to people better - eg in a meeting or presentation or general day to day conversations.
